Cardio Boxing

Our Cardio Boxing Class is a great way to get in great shape in a group setting

These classes offer boxing fundamentals mixed with exercises that keep the entire group moving and motivated throughout the class. These classes are high energy with everyone motivating each other the entire time, helping to push each individual new and old to their fullest ability.

When you do this each training session, the body will adapt and you see great physique changes all while learning the fundamentals of the sweet science of boxing.
